I went to Lynch Ford thinking the car buying experience was going to be much the same - long, painful, and argumentative. I was pleasantly surprised. Starting with our sales person Al, to the sales manager Mike, and the finance manager James they were all kind, understanding and professional. They really do sell cars in a different way!! Highly recommend.

Because I will need to purchase tires by this fall, the service people decided not to rotate my tires. Not happy about this.
This is the best ford dealership in a 50 mile radius, I would gather you will not get a better deal. They offer fair prices for trade-ins and will move mountains to make sure you get what you want.

We liked they quoted prices in their website below MSRP so there were less games. We liked they looked up other discounts that we were unaware of before quoting a price. I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Lynch Ford and would not recommend them based on how my situation was handled.
My daughter’s car wouldn’t start after school, so I had it towed to a local repair shop (K&M Repair). During basic troubleshooting, they found the engine had over 8 quarts of oil, and both the oil and filter contained metal shavings, indicating possible internal engine damage. I recently purchased a new truck . The salesman was great in helping me find the truck I wanted, because they did not have one on the lot. He stayed in contact with me to make sure I was happy before even making the purchase. Finance was fast and easy. No trying sell extra unless you want it. Over all very satisfied.

I recently purchased a newer Mazda from here and highly recommend them. They made the process easy with no pressure to buy it. Andrew helped me with the test drive and features and Jason made paperwork very simple while explaining each form and not pressuring me with warranty add ons. I usually stay away from dealerships however I would buy another car from them in the future!

Gotta be truthful and say I was nervous and a little unease looking for a newer used pickup. But pulling into Lynch Ford and seeing a truck I liked my mind was at ease. Buying process was easy and quick, got fair value for my trade. Had to have service fix a couple things I missed in my walk around before a bought, fixed with no issue and got me in the next day. Overall great experience and would recommend again!
Larry was great! Super helpful. He explained the differences between the two vehicles I was looking at. He pointed out features that were new. He was flexible to schedule with, when it came to test driving the vehicles. Jason in accounting did a good job explaining the different forms along with options we had for extending coverage. I definitely would work with this team again!

Have been bringing my 19 F150 here since I bought it. I have always been treated fairly and given great service. I have had a couple warranty items fixed and Luke has helped me through the process and handled the warranty company exceptionally both times. The express lane is great for that quick oil change, Saturday's they are available but the service center is not open.

I just purchased a used vehicle and Broden was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with honesty. Staff seemed to get along and did some joking around which actually made the experience non stressful and enjoyable.
We've now bought two cars at Lynch and had a very good experience both times. We worked with Larry in sales, but everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and very helpful. We've been to other dealerships and not had nearly as good of an experience. Would highly recommend Lynch Ford.

Broden was amazing! Very friendly, no pressure. Helped us with questions we had on the vehicles we were looking at and what we needed to do when we were ready to purchase. Super easy! We started our day at another dealership where they were indifferent (no customer service skills) and aggressive to the point of being rude when we asked questions.
