Went in for a couple recalls on my truck and they did a great job. My truck was giving them some issues that were hard to pinpoint as it was an occasional issue. Luke was able to get me loaners and get my truck in and they were able to get it in the shop quick and got the latch replaced so it’s working perfectly again. There’s a ford dealer close to me but I’ll happily drive 30 minutes to Lynch Ford to have it done right.
We had a very good experience when we purchased a used Ford Ranger at Lynch Ford in Mt Vernon. Our salesperson. Everett, made the process easy and enjoyable. He also did a nice job of helping us to resolve some minor issues after the sale. We would purchase from Lynch Ford again.
Fast bought one day drove home the next
I purchased a truck yesterday and could not be happier. The dealership was extremely busy when I got there and the employees handled it very well. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions and making sure I was happy. The whole process was very fast and easy. I will definitely be using Lynch in the future!

10/10 experience! We had a check engine light come on during a cross country family road trip. Austin was ready and waiting for us, scanned our vehicle, gave us a read out, and had us back on the road within minutes. Truly stellar experience and cannot recommend this place enough!

Drove 300 miles from Minneapolis to buy from Lynce Ford. I had a custom build and had 4 dealers in Minnesota, 1 in Kansas and Lynch bid on it. Lynch got me the best deal and beat my local CU by 1.55% on the loan but beyond that my sales guy Larry G was AMAZING to deal with, LISTENED and answered all my questions, resulting phone calls and texts. We had an oil change and tire rotation done. The check in was fast and efficient. The wait time was not long and worth the service we received. They offered to wash the car while getting serviced which we had done. The waiting room was comfortable and offered coffee. They offer great customer service and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend them!!!
Even though the wait time is longer than those 10 minute shops, you are getting knowledgeable mechanics that do it right, a complete inspection of your vehicle, and a wash! The waiting room is always clean, comfortable, spacious and stocked with snacks and drinks which makes the wait time go by quickly.

I’ve had my Explorer that I purchased from Lynch Ford for ten years now. It’s a great vehicle and Lynch has always been fast and efficient with any issues. Recently I received a recall notice for a minor issue. Starting with our sales person Al, to the sales manager Mike, and the finance manager James they were all kind, understanding and professional. They really do sell cars in a different way!! Because I will need to purchase tires by this fall, the service people decided not to rotate my tires. Not happy about this.
This is the best ford dealership in a 50 mile radius, I would gather you will not get a better deal. They offer fair prices for trade-ins and will move mountains to make sure you get what you want.

I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Lynch Ford and would not recommend them based on how my situation was handled.
My daughter’s car wouldn’t start after school, so I had it towed to a local repair shop (K&M Repair). During basic troubleshooting, they found the engine had over 8 quarts of oil, and both the oil and filter contained metal shavings, indicating possible internal engine damage.
