Lynch employees participate each February in Bowl for Kids Sake which is an annual fundraiser for Big Brothers & Big Sisters. Since 2003 employees have raised a total of $29,857 for this event. STUFF THE TRUCK
Every winter Lynch Chevrolet, Inc. sponsors Stuff The Truck. We invite employees and customers to bring in new toys to fill the bed of a truck in the showroom. The toys are then donated to the Young Parents Network located in Cedar Rapids, IA.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT EVENT
Each September during Safety Seat Coalition Week Lynch Chevrolet, Inc. hosts a Child Safety Seat Check Event. This year’s event will take place on Thursday, September 18th from 5:30–7:30 PM. This event is sponsored by the Linn County Safe Kids Coalition in partnership with the Mt Vernon Police Department. Certified child safety seat technicians are on site and inspect car seats for safe installation and check for any recalls. The event is open to the public and is free.
